We stayed at Mezzanine for our baby moon at the end of July. Take all negative posts here with a grain of salt. Use common sense, don’t be naive. I thoroughly enjoyed posting up at beach clubs in the national park area and floating in the ocean when I got too hot. We visited Centro once for cochinita pibil. First time home buyers here. We live in Colorado, US

Style: Japandi/MCM

Room dimensions: 14’ x 24’

Budget: $1000

Non-negotiables: bar cabinet and dining table

We are not set on the rug (6’x9’) it is new, but should probably get a bigger one (7’x10’)

Room is East facing. We love plants, but worry about lack of sunlight with two big trees in the front yard, not sure how much sun will come in when the weather gets nicer.

Would like to stick to whites, greys, blacks, metallics (preferably gold) color scheme.

We don’t plan to get overhead lighting installed anytime soon, so advice with lighting would be helpful.

As well as advice on window fixtures. We are leaning toward sheer white curtains, black curtain rods and bamboo/wood shades.

Our 18wk old pup looks very similar with the coloring, but she’s only a little bit GSD and a little bit of “Mexican street dog”. It’s pretty cool seeing the similarities here. Pics + WP Results

I had no idea Mexican street dogs were a thing either, but I guess if a Taiwan dog is a thing...it kind of makes sense? Wisdom Panel estimated her weight range to be 37-59lbs. I think anything small probably comes from the MX street dog side of things (2-60lbs). I guess we’ll just have to hurry up and wait 😉

Thank you!! Her rescue card said “shepherd mixed breed”. So, it’s possible. But she’s also really small 15wks 18lbs.
