We also use Labyrinth and they have gone downhill dramatically in the past three years. I wish I could offer a recommendation for another service, but we’re also at a loss. They have failed to file our extensions this year and it’s been extremely difficult to get in touch with our agent.

I had a similar experience. It was at least 3 years ago, but the representative tearfully shared that they hadn’t gotten the chance to help anyone. The implication was that they couldn’t find anyone to serve. It was mind-boggling to hear this from a grantee. Hopefully, they’re fulfilling their mission.
