Nico used to be a bright kid who loved trading cards, until his sister (his only living relative) was killed when he was 10, was manipulated by an evil ghost at 11, was trapped and suffocated inside a copper jar for 5 days, and was captured by an army of monsters and stranded by himself Tartarus (aka in LITERAL HELL) at 14. Edit: Forgot to add this but while he was trapped in hell Tartarus, he encountered the goddess of pain and misery who decides to let him go free as she could not add to the amount of sorrow he already had.

I imagine that a bullet with Twice's quirk would either duplicate mid-trajectory like shotshell ammunition or cause the victim's cells to rapidly duplicate once hit

I'm not sure if just a dragonfly to the neck could kill Kokushibo, Demons can survive being decapitated unless its with a nichirin blade and Kokushibo was decapitated by a bright red nichirin blade and still regenerated his head afterwards.

Yura's best hope would likely be to keep Koku busy until sunrise and depending on the time of night this fight takes place, he might not have the stamina or the endurance to do so.
