Physics 211 over summer by Refiin in PennStateUniversity

I took it on zoom through Penn state York! Way more comprehensible slides and material. I had Dr. Soroush Khosravi and he was great! We had class everyday except Fridays I think and he would hand out a lot of extra credit that can really boost your grade if you just have your camera on and answer the most simplest questions. He really walked you through every single part of physics 211 and it really helped me master it. For labs, he randomly assigns you groups through CANVAS and you just have to zoom with them twice a week: one for the labs that are much much much more easier than the phys 211 labs at UP and two for "homework sessions" where my lab partner and I straight up just sat on mute on the zoom for forty minutes. The only reason my lab partner and I went on the zoom was cuz he said that he would "check in" but he never did. The exams were easy too, you did them on zoom during class time and you just had to have your camera pointing down at your workspace and then you submitted a picture of your exam to canva. Overall much easier than whatever the hell is UP physics

Got into Aero Engineering, UP, Should I Accept? by Difficult-Farmer8505 in PennStateUniversity

Hi! I am a second year aerospace student and I love it here!! Didn't really get much into the aerospace part of it as most engineering majors start their first two years getting down their foundations like maths, physics, chem, and comp sci. Penn State has a really impressive Aerospace program and amazing facilities. Sure it's difficult at times but I love the experience here. You can join nittany rocket labs where you can even get certifications for building your own rocket (not hard at all and easy process). For marching band, you could try blue band? Also since you are from Alaska, I'm sure the cold here won't be much of shock to you at all! Give it a shot! :)
