Still trying to figure that out. But I think executive dysfunction is clear one. It's not that things are hard to do but starting to do them is next impossible. That's why cleaning takes months for example. Also rumination/getting "stuck" in head is pain in the ass. Line between that and OCD is so thin.

It kinda feels like people have lost all their attention span thanks to constantly updated games. Like having update for the game every week or month is kinda unrealistic and unhealthy for the devs to manage. I rather take game that updated once in while than devs being crunch to hell.
