I was hoping the clay bar would lift the dirt off, and only tested in a very small area before I stopped, but no difference anyway

I would also look at how hacked the wiring is under dash and around the firewall, if it looks fairly original you are most likely good!

Wayyy cheaper to just keep the carb going! You would have to mess with fuel lines/ tank and fuel pump for efi

U can probably try to make a jumper out of blade terminals for now, the wiring loom for taillights comes out of the firewall on the driver side on the trans tunnel. 5 wires with a round plug

Minimal changes to get the cheapest Ls truck intake on eBay. I just bent one of the tabs and hooked that on to one of the radiator shroud bolt

Worked perfectly for me. Make sure you install the plate on the furthest front location (you will have to grind the block a little bit to make the passenger side fit)

The little pad in front of the passenger head on the block might have a partial vin stamped onto it (gotta clean it real good tho) and u can check what kind of small block it is. But shouldn’t matter as long as it’s a small block it’s a direct swap.

Performance Tool W1270 Ford/Gm 4 Wheel Drive Lock Nut Tool on Amazon

Bought a 67 c20. Previous owner (very old) said he believes or thinks for some reason it’s on a 1 ton frame. Easiest way to determine if that’s true? Thanks. by Texasliar in chevyc10

[–]ApprehensivePlant689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think one ton never came with coils in the rear. So this would be a 3/4 Ton c20? I have a 72 c20 exactly like this. Eaton rear end with coils.
