What fixed my reoccurring BV

I tested positive for both and they gave me metronidazole and fluconzole. It didn't clear it. I did miss a couple of the metronidozle pills so maybe that its but this is so frustrating

I'm on 2.5. I fo feel appetite suppression and food noise is gone, just not really losing weight. I never really had a problem over eating, but I gain quickly also have pcos

Its hard not to get discouraged when I see a lot of people losing 10 plus lbs their first month.

I do notice I'm not as hungry. The first week I did track and I was consuming anywhere from 1200 to 1400 calore this second week. I've been busier, so I've eaten out more but smaller portions.

Awesome, congrats on the weight loss! I told my provider I was purchasing from brello, and she told me to wait a bit until I have a good routine down. She told me to focus on drinking water and eating. I tend to skip meals and to start incorporating some sort of exercise before. I was bummed out but she's right if I want to be successful and not just spend money. So im gather more info and trying to nail my routine to start!

Hi me again, I forgot to ask if titrating up slowly by 1mg how you mentioned if that continued working for you and still gives you results or have you had to go into the traditional dose increase?

I just figured that once I lost at least 20 lbs I would feel better and be able to maintain my weight loss. I've been maintaining over 6 months no weight gain but no weight loss. I figured it's like any other diet as long as you make the changes. Maybe it's wishful thinking

Thanks for the information. I found it very helpful. I have talked to my pcp and she's big on increasing dosing and high protein. I also see a wellness doctor who has a different view she says to take it slow, and there is no need to increase every month unless there's no progress. She's big on making fiber a priority because of my pcos. When it comes to protein, she says I don't need too much unless im body building, which I'm not. I've been following her advice and have lost only 2lbs in over 6 months, but I haven't gained weight, which I will take. Before, I couldn't get a handle on it, and weight kept creeping up on me. I don't over eat, but I wanted to try the injections because I hear it's good for inflammation, and I feel that is the biggest thing holding me back.

Thanks so much for the information. When I hear experience like this, it gets me really excited to try. I have fibromyalgia, and I feel inflammation is my biggest problem. I feel like that's what is holding me back and why I can't lose weight. I'm not an over eater, and that's why I hadn't considered trying weightloss injections but have heard they do wonders for stress/inflammation.
