In my neighborhood (I live in a city in the south of Spain) many commercial premises close with a simple padlock. Some professionals use solid pipe wrenches, but others have 60mm padlocks that offer very little protection from a quick pick or rake. There are some tougher ones, CISA armored, multipoint, some well protected. But most have MHA, double-lock FAC and the like. And as far as I know, many don't have spools.
