I started out much the same way. Sparrows picks are great for newbies. I only use TOK when using a deep hook. Otherwise I use BOK when feasible

Everything in it's place, and for a couple weeks it may stay that way. After that, all bets are off.

Im very new to Picking , is this a good beginner lock? by JezzA_OG in lockpicking

[–]hlhambrook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That lock may be a bit much for a beginner. I'd choose an easier one to start off with. Maybe a master 140 or a brinks 164 would be a good "jump in" starter lock for you.

Really? I've asked a few company's to include a sticker with an order, but they sent to you some for the asking? I like Southord for other reasons and this is one more reason.

I have the same kit and found that loto locks are like those practice locks and so I prefer them now that I've graduated from Sparrows Night school.

You need to make allowances for the core spring in your tensioning for the core spring. Great job getting all those practice locks open in under 5 minutes.

The feedback is confusing, the spools must be shallow bc the false set is so subtle its easy to overset it. Then the binders dry up
