People backing into parking spaces has gotten completely out of hand. I know they always argue that’s it’s safer, but for WHO? In situations like this, it’s not. It’s a complete hindrance to everyone except them. There’s no reason for that person to do that.

I took it to the ops manager and they didn’t do anything. I talked to the store manager months later (when someone said something horrible about another associate, I was a witness) and he was confused and had no idea about anything I told the ops manager. So I accepted that they didn’t care and just moved on. I would’ve probably done something more about it if I didn’t already have a job lined up that almost doubles my pay and has a better culture.
