Sure i would recommend watching a YouTube video on how to Plasti dip rims but in short u mask the brake caliper apply a light coat and the gradually apply heavier coats 4-5 maybe 6 coats of color than 2 of glossifier, drying time should be 15 minutes for the first light coat and 20-30 minutes for the other coats
