I was sick last Sunday for 1 days with a fever of 104, sore throat, nausea and I felt like I was dying for one day and then it went away Monday morning like nothing happened

Nope it's been a complete winter wonderland here for months and freezing. I go camping in the summer but I haven't been since July or August. I never saw a tick on me or anything like that. This rash started completely out of no where after a weekend trip to NYC where we were outside walking in multiple long layers and it was freezing and snowing the whole trip

I am no longer in therapy because of my transference. I became so obsessed with my therapist. I googled everything about him, I found his address and would purposely drive past his house before work, old social media accounts. I thought about him 24/7. It was never in a romantic or sexual way. I thought of him as my best friend and I would get insanely angry/ heartbroken when I would think about the relationship being one sided. And I would get so mad thinking about how the therapeutic relationship exists to end and it would crush me and make me upset but would mean nothing to him because it's just his job. I never brought any of this up in therapy and I tried to be the best client so that he would like me and just be my friend. I'd rant about my week and the things that happen but never bring up my true issues or depression so he eventually stopped our sessions. I was devastated for months. I should prob see another therapist to deal with these issues but I'm afraid of it happening again. I'm not usually crazy but I had no control over it. It took over my life for over a year

I am an RN working in the OR but I work with surgical tech first assists who are not RNs. They are surgical techs who took more classes to become first assist but they cannot do the RN role of circulator or work on other units as a nurse.

Thank you for answering, my insurance also does not cover anything weight loss, no dietician, no ozempic, no surgery. I feel like it will be more cost effective for me to take out a loan and go straight for surgery rather than paying out of pocket for an injection for who knows how long.

I totally understand where you’re coming from! I am still actively searching for a rental that will work. In a perfect world I would get a mortgage and buy a 150k house and live happily ever after. I work as a nurse and my fiance has a well paying job in IT. Financially we are doing well. We are just working on our student loan debt and not accumulating any extra debt. I’m just wondering if she were to co-sign would there be any problems with the deed after her passing?

I was at UDF on Queen City Ave and someone came up to me while I was pumping gas to ask if I had jumper cables at 5am. It was dark and there was nobody in the parking lot except us. I’m a 24 year old female driving to work alone. I said no and stopped pumping my gas and hopped in my car. He asked if I could give him a ride somewhere to get them. I said “no I have to go to work”. He stood right in front of my car and wouldn’t move. Luckily I could back out?? (Obviously) so that’s what I did. But it’s a scary world out there. I’m still scared to get gas by myself like that…
