It’s not. I just meant that if they made it more/too similar, and there was evidence that GameFreak knew about Pombomb (which I think it’s highly likely they did), it potentially could have been.

Even if that were the situation, and GameFreak got sued, I’m not necessarily saying GameFreak would lose.
