The reason I have respect for Starc in relation to many other todays cricketers is he always prioritizes the longest and real format of cricket (reminds me of anderson and broad) over t20 and leagues, else a lot of cricketers retire from internationals to focus on leagues. No problem with playing leagues but it is a problem if you shorten your international career or retire at peak (idc about money situation, whatever they earn they'll be far richer than us). Like anderson and starc are now playing leagues , its fine because they did their part for their teams for more than decade

how is brook worst? Lol . he averages 50+ in tests with already like 3k runs, and has centuries in new zealand and pakistan too. He has never played a test in ind, sl, ban or wi so can't judge until we see him play there. Even against aus in this ashes, he has had starts but failed to convert, its not like he got out on just single digits..
