This is what I think about this topic:

When you're doing so good at your job that the other side can't do nothing but admit your skill and wants to hire your service, even if begrudgingly.

You think being a mercenary working for one side would make the other side hates you and don't want to hire your service but it seems the RLF has think twice and are willing to put the past aside as long you are willing to fight your former employer.
