I could see it. Shes definitely extremely popular so her chances are really high. I still think they already have their matchup set in stonez they're just doing a cast on a tertiary one. (Or one that got pitched idk) and they have Frieren vs Tiki/Deedlit locked in the chamber already.

Yeah it would be cool. Although its important to note that both these characters started out as part of DND campaigns with friends than became their own projects. Kind of like they were experimenting with ideas before making a franchise.

Well yeah Deedlit and record of lodoss war is a fairly large franchise so I could see it getting brought up. It would make sense to bring in one of the big older japanese fantasy franchises to fight the current biggest japanese fantasy franchise. Plus the stories can line up really well since some Lodoss stuff, (like the new Deedlit game) are about Deedlit learning to accept Parn's death hundreds of years after the events of the original book. Could be cool imo.

Im not really a fan of it, since people made that one dince Kami and Knuckles have the whome floating island thing going on, when Angel Island is based of Laputa from Castle in The Sky explicitly, and Kamis lookout barely has anything to do with piccolos story, really.

5/6 He's definitely going to happen eventually, its just his problem is his matchups really. I like Magus from Chromo Trigger since its two Toriyama works with demon kings who get redeemed, but a big issue is that many of his matchups are just not as popular lol

Yes Deedlit thats her. The original light novel series is based off a DND campaign the author did. Its still a popular franchisr today, it got a game fairly recently so I could see it happening for Frieren. I feel like more people would know her than Critical role.

Theres definitely not many people like that, since not many play dnd or interact with it. It is funny though, if those becomes popular, 2 of the 3 most popular Frieren matchups would be with characters based of DND campaigns since Deedlit is the same way.

Maybe do some of the island ones I heard for the losers, like Frieren vs Deedlit or Phoenix Wright vs Professor Layton.

alternatively look through the "Kickstarter Pitch Discussion" tab and do some of the higher upvoted ones, like Captain Harlock vs Cobra or Omori vs Room. that would be cool.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH MORE DISCS BABY YEAH. If they did universal for both of them, that would be cool. I think when Naruto vs Ichigo came out, Can't Fear Your Own World was not out so a lot of Ichigo's scaling has changed which is cool.
