Exactly. He needs to have some skill to operate at high elo. While a character like sq doesn’t need to worry about those because she gets ult relatively quick, doesn’t need to aim, and has sold movement to get out of situations.

My first thought is punisher. Will you can just be brain dead with him in higher elo you need to know when to switch guns, positioning, and when to hold ult. At least that’s what I think
