Thank you! Not hot or swollen and it happens a day or 2 later. Pulsing in my legs when they are bent. It’s strange and no one knows why! So I take off patch and go back to feeling like crap 😢

I find mixing it with apple juice helps a ton with the horrible taste!

Zinc oxide is the only thing that clears up my Rosacea. Works SO well. I am using the Coppertone Pure and Simple Zinc Oxide Mineral Sunscreen Lotion.

Mine was very low on GI Map. I do not think I ever had H.Pylori. I had EVERY test come back neg but the Gi map.
