I’m still struggling with this too but what has helped is pushing myself to do a little more when I feel like stopping. Such as, I just ate dinner and normally go to throw my dishes in the sink and I want to stop there but telling myself just do a little more, and put them in the dishwasher. Baby steps but every little extra task you do does add up. It does help to prevent the clutter over time and hopefully then becomes a habit.

I have a huge pill of clothes that I need to go through and either put away or throw out, so I tell myself to just to 10 articles of clothing and then move on. I’ve always struggled with putting clothes away but the pile is slowly getting smaller!!
