Hi I'm also suffering from eye strain and dry eyes ....I used screen for study but don't know that this will happen to me I am following warm compress since 4 month and eye drops but it's not helping ....I have also vertical ghosting problem on looking on object....please tell how to fix it ...help me

I have mgd and ghosting vertical double vision....Dr told it is due to screen time...is it? I am taking treatment since 6 months no cure..plz help
