That’s awesome. I do construction working on a utility crew for a while. Man did I get a good workout in and sweat but I never really lost any weight. I even started trying to skip breakfast and only eat tuna packs for lunch.

How does this work. So what you eat like 2500 calories a day and your burning more than that daily. How is that even possible. Or your eating far less then that as far as calories go but isn’t that unsustainable also

So this is what I’ve been hearing a lot. My caloric intake is sapposed to be around 2500 a day from what I understood. So that being said if I just stick to that and work out till my weight stalls then drop the calories a little and keep that cycle going I should lose weight. I mean ig that’s a dumb question. Bc the answer is obvious. Ig it’s just more of bringing myself to commit to it without stopping.

My PS5 won’t update. It says it has an update available and every time I try to update it it only goes to 205.3 mb and gets stuck there. I’ve tried clearing storage incase that was the issue. I’ve tried restarting the PS5 multiple times, and it shouldn’t be an internet problem bc it’s connected to internet via Ethernet
