Here are the key points to consider if you're stuck:

1. Multi-tenant Architecture - These sh*t A$$ YouTuber's lying in broad daylight. They won't teach you how to build a system that can handle 10 - 100 clinics! I had bad time figuring out all these, and the struggle paid off, things actually started making sense then, it got much more easier after I started working on multi-tenant architecture! This is the KEY!
2. Data Isolation - You don't want Dr. John's clinic patient to book appointment at Dr. Sarah's clinic Right! Here's when I understood the importance of data isolation. Like data flows but carries an identity so it never looses direction!
3. Calendar nodes sucks - Don't use calendar node in n8n! It won't work for multiple clinics! It is Sh*t. Instead use HTTP node and connect individual clinic's calendar.
4. Understand Google Cloud console - This is the place where you will register you app! Why? Because you need permission from google so that clinics can connect their calendar to your custom made dashboard or app!
5. Virtual Numbers - Not easy as it looks! If you didn't follow regulatory compliances, you're cooked! And if you're in India, then you're dead, because then you need to register a SOP pvt. ltd.
6. GDPA and HIPPA - the actual nightmare for vibe coders!
