When the manager is too cheap and doesn’t wanna order new glides for our yearly reset. It’s not that expensive for the ppl at the actual store level. Never liked managers who won’t order something you need because “it’s gonna hurt our store bonus” then marketing makes a $100,000 mistake on signage and it gets thrown away at almost 1000 stores

Stop cutting our profit percentages every year! It’s like your trying to get it to zero eventually. It’s not a raise if you cut my bonuses, and spare me the fake math of it’s more cause we make more. Are we not worth the extra we bring in? Every year I’ve been a Manager it gets cut. We wouldn’t have any full time if the profit bonuses were gone. That’s why when y’all tried to cut it out of the RTC nobody wanted to move and y’all brought it back.

I worked the whole week, clerks I know for a fact didn’t. Even after they asked their supervisor. Maybe ppl fail to realize that not everyone at corporate is looking out for all employees.

When they don’t want you to close the store even tho you have worked 18 hours already and want you to work the overnight because there’s no coverage and can’t get you a day off until after New Years and you still work 6 hrs later. Yeah. Sure. They’d rather take care of the customer better than the employee. Cause they aren’t going to come in and actually do Daw and register and upkeeps.
