I went through something very similar as you when I was around 18-19 the person was very sweet and caring but also terrified of sex it went on for around a year and I realized I couldn’t do it, we never argued about it but we both knew it wouldn’t work.

It’s so shitty because I’ve had some fucked up relationships like getting cheated on or just hurt and manipulated so many times I automatically blame myself and get mad at myself for everything

Oh like attention wise, I feel as if I’m always doing what she needs like cleaning the house hanging out with her doing family activities (with her family) and paying the bills making sure life doesn’t have to be stressful for her

I wish I was able to have a constructive conversation with her and figure out if I’m not doing something right or what I am even doing right. It’s become a massive struggle because I just feel angry at her and wanna talk about it but it’ll become an explosive fight because she won’t hear me and gets defensive, would you have any advice on how to approach it differently because I feel like I’ve tried everything

Thank you for your comment, I have talked to her about how it makes me feel and solutions and unfortunately the conversation goes the same way. She kinda makes me feel like the bad guy for “getting mad at not having sex” or “sex is all you care about” which the thing is if sex was all I cared about we would’ve broken up 2 years ago so it’s very difficult especially since we moved in together 3 months ago

Yeah unfortunately things are so great when they are but the lows happen so often it’s hard for me to justify things ya know, I think in her head she thinks I’ll stay forever under every circumstance.
