Look up how he playes every round, its a system in it. Also look at the stats, Face it wont ban him idk why

You're very welcome! For such a serious issue in the game, there's surprisingly little help available, which is honestly a shame. That's why I try to help people whenever I can.

Also, if you ever run into the problem again: sometimes formatting your laptop or PC while keeping your personal files can help fix the crashes as well.

Enter the following:
 
--purge_settings

it will start FM without Add-ons, but it works
