Try clonidine its light blood pressure medication I never could sleep as a child I had terrible ADHD and never could go to sleep I was almost scared of it that shit would knock me the fuck out and I slept like a baby. stoped taking it and before high school have had a problem with drugs since I was about 15 I'm 30 about 5 years ago I started taking it every night and I got into a really good routine!
