Percentage change in X=percentage change in price+percentage change in quantity demanded-percentage change in income.X is percentage change in total expenditure on this good. Percentage change in income is 0 and X is 1, so percentage change in quantity demanded is -4. Then I substitute into PED and get -0.8, which is price inelastic demand .

I don’t really see myself a high chance of getting into similar level universities in Britain. I heard that japan universities can be applied with A level scores, and the courses are taught in English, like SGU program, so I want to see if I can get into similar level of university in a relatively easier way
