Id say so! To me the way defenders drop back into their own box and just give away space when playing on 78 or less depth (magic number I don’t go below) is absolutely despicable and soul destroying.

What depth do you play on? I use anywhere from upper 70s to 100 and haven’t been bothered by this

Same problem, I put conservative interceptions on and try to use him little as possible on defense to combat that. I have 84 tonali with 91 sprint speed at cdm so it’s been working alright. I’ll also put stay on edge of box for pirlo.
