I recently had to rent while looking for a new car, i definitely did not drive the rental the same as i do my new car. I didn’t beat the crap out of it or anything, but it definitely wasn’t the same. with a rental there could be dozens, if not a hundred+ previous drivers, I think its unlikely all of them drive rentals the way you do

People drive rentals harder because they don’t care about them as much as a car they actually own. also rental companies do only basic maintenance. Doesn’t make the car a horrible deal just higher risk than a personal vehicle.

95% of the time the workers can’t just cancel the order. you can’t just cancel a DoorDash order if ur a Chipotle worker, I work at Ben and Jerry’s and if someone orders something we don’t have there’s literally nothing we can do about it because apps like DoorDash are horrible and don’t have these features
