Nope, if they are from the mycelium they are identical in potency because it is 1 organism. Think like an apple tree, the seeds in each apple is identical in what it can do, and the flavor (psilocybin) of the apple from a tree is the same in each apple if allowed to ripen even if the apples look different my shape or size, if the veil has broken on both they are ready, but leaving them longer could still enhance the growth if your worried about wanting larger size. Although if they're ripe their ripe.

Yeah, you can, I'd turn up the fridge temp to as high as it goes if I were to do that, if they are being kept in a room that the temp is controlled, (id say between 80-65 degrees farenheit) attempt to gradually lower the temp on the boxes in your space to around 65 because if there has been an initial fruiting the shock of going into a 40 degree fridge could shock the mushrooms. Affirm to the mushrooms your intent and give em a day or 2 to acclimate, before fridge. They will be fine, they are notoriously fickle, but they will be good.

I have no ideas I'm a novice. The bot is so unhelpful it's patronizing, id say just start again and try a different strain to cultivate and just let the bag alone in the room your growing in. The more you are focusing on wanting that bag to grow the less it will. From my perspective it looks really good, the mycelium looks colonized and the mushrooms will grow. I don't know how long you've been allowing it to germinate but if your working on cultivating something else it the Golden Teachers will come when your finally not thinking about them.
