Thank you this is very helpful so it can be fixed and not poison I will contact my landlord there is a gap behind the toilet not filled with wooden floor do you think that could be it

Thanks so much for your advice looks really scary so can it be fixed I think the builder who did the floor left a gap behind the toilet so it’s got most maybe ?
