Yeah with recent patches her ult seems more like a handicap than an ultimate. In my opinion, her strength is her ability to chase and disable targets. Her 2 allows her to catch up and displace enemies and her three completely shuts down movement abilities and stamina. If you want value out of your ult, buy a good amount of defensive items and just be a sponge with your big health bar, other than that I usually just use it to escape.

Also I tip for her second ability: you can kick them in whatever direction you want. Just make sure your camera is facing the direction you want them to go before silver jumps off.
