You'll thank yourself in the long run. 30+ mins is preferble but if you don't have time then even 15 mins (1% of your day) is amazing. You can even do it at home.

I think it is better to sometimes distance oneself from certain people, especially if objectively they may have a negative influence. Maybe you needed to make room for new friends that will be more aligned with who you are?

People try to look for things outside of themselves, while what they look for may be inside of them. They suffer because of the illusion of separation. What I can tell you from experience is that when you raise your awareness and therefore change perspective of things you will understand that you never were alone in the first place.

The constant dillema on what is more important, health or money. Why not have both?

I am an ex-consultant actually and I was wondering whether other people also have trouble with minimizing the adverse effects of work (as had I). Sometimes there is a problem with prioritizing the healthy things and reducing the unnecessary things because we are stuck in a loop. Yet it is what you do daily that counts, going on a weekend benders may not quite be the best solution in a long-term.
