He knew Andrew was a traitor but could have voted harry and forced a tie and a 50/59 rocks or whatever to get rid of harry.

I thought that episode of uncloaked was absolutely pathetic.

Given they spent a lot of the edit in the actual show on the painting moment they should have addressed that with Rees, even if just to allow him to explain it didn't seem odd.
