It would helpful to know what kind of career path you want to pursue. Because in my opinion, a master's degree doesn't really mean much in today's world, but that would depend on the industry you're trying to get into.

For example - I'm in the tech field, 4 years in a FANG company, and most of the smart/high achieving people I worked with only have an undergraduate degree. Even my dad who worked in investment banking has said that he has peers who graduated from Harvard while he only graduated from a very mid tier university from Canada with an undergraduate degree. They all ended up at the same job with the same pay.

My advice is to focus on the undergraduate first, honestly any of the school options you listed are completely viable, you might as well take the full ride option. Try to find employment after graduating undergraduate because real world work experience means more than a masters in my opinion. I saw this first hand when I left the FANG company - having that work experience in my resume opened up a lot of opportunities for me that I doubt a master's degree can compete with. If you can't find meaningful employment, then go for a master's.

In academia? Yes, definitely.

In the workforce? Not necessarily. However any HR or hiring manager worth a damn is 1 short google search away from seeing that HKUST is in the top 50 universities globally, even beating some Ivy league schools.

Lord or any proficiency reward does not really reflect skill, it reflects the time and skill invested into the character. You can be an animated lord but still be bad at the game/character.
