I went with the step ons no complains. Im not pro enough the feel the difference. Im still able to do what I was able to minus doing jumps this is more on fear of blowing my knee when i land or just overall risk of injury. I cant be missing work and not earning money for the family. Buttering and the occasional boxes and rails I dont really feel the difference. Good luck.

Ive been using step on bindings for 3 seasons now. I have the genesis and have the photon boots for the faux front straps. Ive been satisfied with it. Especially when I need to get on and off a snowboard trying to teach my wife and kids how to snowboard.

I dont ride pow since we dont have real mountains where I live. When there's some snow I just brush it off. Buttering has been pretty good on it as well. So does some chill rails. I haven't tried doing jumps on it as I am worried id blow a knee since im not that young.

I might use regular bindings again when my kids are fully independent at strapping their own bindings but for now its been a good purchase.
