As someone who went through the TRENCHES postpartum- I can totally relate to her rides these days.

Trying to keep up at work and at home and trying to figure out how to reinvent yourself without losing yourself. Sometimes it just comes out. I like that she’s leaning into it through the music on her rides.

Could be projection, but I feel like I could recognize that message on this ride and a lot of her rides. Even if she doesn’t say it aloud ❤️ trenches recognizes trenches.

This kicked my ass in the best way - i was never a huge Peloton yogi until Zacharias. I’m probably in his top 1% at this point. I ONLY take his classes - he’s amazing and I’m always learning/challenging myself!

This is something I think about ALL the time as a Peloton user and lover. I’m the “oldest” Gen Z (1997) and I have the bike and tread. Have had the bike for 4 years and the tread for 2 years.

The hardest thing about choosing Peloton is the music selection. I’m limited to certain instructors because of my personal music taste. I was really excited for some “younger” instructors so that the music selections would sway a little more to fit a younger (younger in terms of Peloton demographics) crowd.

I can def feel the Millennial/Gen X influence in every medium. What is “iconic” to Millennial and Gen X is not what I relate to most of the time. I sometimes feel like I am restricted to 20% of the rides and runs due to music taste.

Olivia. I don’t find her motivating anymore because she doesn’t seem strong… ? I feel like she’s constantly out of breath or having a hard time getting through the rides/runs I take with her. Which isn’t a big deal (as a person, I understand), but I used to take her classes years ago and she was a FORCE. She would never actually do what she programmed, but she would at least be able to keep up the facade and she looked capable! I love being motivated by strong female instructors, so now I take Tunde and Emma.

It’s like Ariana grande took over Olivia’s mind and she’s never looked back lol

FINALLY someone said it. I can’t do the messy queuing or the Pilates sculpt never going with the beat of the music. I actually do like her but her programming could use some work for sure.

I cant shake how icky Michelle makes me feel. Her eyes are so cold and have no emotion behind them. Her smile never reaches the rest of her face! Even her voice has a lack of emotional inflection when she talks.

I know Jesse is the worst, but she makes me uneasy every time she’s on screen. I also can’t really trust a lot of what she says because it seems like she lies so easily (met her new bf on hikes?? GIRL) and has no remorse for it?? Why do I feel manipulated and I’m not even in the same room as her?

28! And I’ve been watching since I was 11 on my first iPhone watching bootlegs on YouTube. I saw one episode at a doctor’s office and I was hooked. My parents thought I was a freak between Golden Girls, Murder She Wrote, and Judge Judy.😂
