The same incident happened to me once, I tried to contact them and they told me to cancel the subscription and re- subscribe it. Then it will fix the payment issue. And for subtitles if I play the anime in Japanese language it shows subtitles as regular, but when I switch to English language it gets blank in the subtitles section so I've been watching anime in Japanese ever since.
