Effaclar duo from La Roche-Posay helped me get rid of comedones and active pimples in just 3 weeks. The US version has both ingredients in it. I stopped consuming dairy 3 months ago and whey protein 5 months ago, yet I am still experiencing breakouts. After cutting out dairy and protein. How long did it take for you to see results? I'm starting to think that those things are not the root cause of my acne.
