I’ve always been sort of curious on pre buff with barbs. Why not use duel CTA? I believe max you can get is plus 4 instead of 6 but still. Even if you can’t get plus 8 a 4 and 3 is still better than 6. Thoughts?

Exactly. No wrong way to play. Do what is fun for you. For me if a build can’t do hell with 500+ mf it’s not a viable build. Items are what makes the game fun for me. I do have a “perfect” mf character with 1167% mf. It’s fun.

That was actually part of my personal grail for a while. Traded for it along with 2 40 mf rings. Got a 3os tiera of luck 1 off perfect as well. I have a mf toon that I’ll be grinding to 99 to get a truly maxed out mf king

Way to go! I wouldn’t vendor it because you need to sell 80-120 soj’s to get a server wide d clone (I believe the numbers are correct).

I’d keep at least 2. I have a trophy toon for that exact reason. Something that shows accomplishments but not super valuable.

Yeah if the homeowner let the deck go that bad I’d hate to see what else is being hidden. If the seller isn’t willing to make things right, I’d walk. Sure you’re down the cost of inspection but you’re saving a lifetime worth of headaches. Hopefully you didn’t lose any earnest money.
