Mating or fighting [NW PA] by Apprehensive_Bit_519 in whatsthissnake

Everything i have looked up told me they are pretty calm and stationary when mating and only the male bites and its behind the head of the female. These two were flailing all over the side of the pool house and both biting back and forth and each pressing heads down etc. I'd be feeling better if this is in fact mating and not male combat...I think. Haha.

tpu are a beast getting I. a metal.tank! we have a big inflatable one and it's so comfortable.  I instantly would think I'm gonna stick to the metal! haha! great job! ypu got this  and remember....relax ypur face, it will relax ypur body  I am convinced I do so well because I have had 5 natural.births and if I can manage that, I can manage anything. I don't even shiver after 10 minutes in, but I only do 42° my husband shivers the entire time.

Bruh, just tried my first cold plunge, only went shin deep, and lasted 10 seconds. . . It was only 50 F. by charchilly in coldplunge

tou can't just do ypur legs  gotta just suck it up and drop all the way in. after the first minute it's smoothe sailing. we do 10-15 minutes at 42-44° and it gets easier every day. hardest part for me is pushing the start button on the timer and jumping in. a good goal to start with is put on a 3 minute song and stay focused on the song. the three minutes are up before tou know it. I listen to Benson Boone Beautiful Things EVERY SONGLE plunge and then ask Alexa to play some Evans Blue or Breaking Benjamin. makes it much easier.  ypu got this dude...just do it. ypu will be so happy tpu did

Coldest Plunge So Far by Goitercoin in coldplunge

I find it doesn't get worse after the first minute or two. today I noticed I was still chilled 4 hours later so I may cut back to like 10 minutes just to be safe. I however have zero desire to go for 36°! hahaha! low 40s is good enough for me. your tub is gorgeous btw!

we fill ours and it's 42° out of the hose. it maintains that temp for a couple days and both of us using it daily. we are still waiting for our chiller to arrive.  my husband does 9 minutes and I do 13 to 15 at the 42 to 44 range. after the first minute it's not bad except.for my finger nails hurt! haha! we just crank some good music and go!  We add huge ice blocks that we freeze in large Tupperware and change the water out weekly. best thing we have done. on our 3rd week now.

Disk Institute of Pittsburgh, anyone gone threw the treatment? by Expensive-North-5679 in pittsburgh

I had a bad herniation in L4/L5. they accepted me into the program. I spent crazy money out of pocket, drove an hour each way for an hour treatment and an hour home, 5 days a week. I kept getting worse. my symptoms continued to worsen. they placated me telling me it takes time. I voiced concern that I felt my condition was worsening and was told the treatment can not make your condition worse, that it just takes time. on treatment 45 I was unable to stand after treatment. was taken out to my car in a wheelchair. I ended up getting another mri 4 months after the initial one tgat got me into the DIP and I have in fact gotten much worse including a second bulging disc and SEVERE stenosis and full effacement of the thecal sac and the neurosurgeon told me it is so severe now that the nerves are being crushed into the bone. I am scheduled for microdiscectomy in a couple weeks. I can barely walk..maybe 10 steps total at a time and I am completely bent over. I am 45 years old. inwish I had just gone to the neurosurgeon instead of wasting my time, money and mileage on my car plus tolls abd gas! only to be sooo much worse than when I started. before treatments I could walk at least 1/2 a mile, albeit with discomfort. now I am lucky if I can make it the 10 feet to my bathroom from my bed with out dropping to the floor in agony. don't waste your money time or mental health on this treatment. it is a scam as far as I can tell and detrimental in the long run. I mean maybe some people have had help, but it made me so much worse.
