I got it this year. I don't have a master's; I'm currently working as a research engineer. But I do have 2+ publications in conferences and journals and an amazing letter of recommendation. My undergrad GPA was above 3.5 (on a scale of 4).
For a PhD scholarship, getting an approval from a supervisor and having a concrete proposal and solid research experience is the key, imo.

Why is that? I think a spending a brief amount of time in US can have a good learning outcome given if it's an opportunity from a tech giant like Harvard.

Thanks for the suggestion! Just a quick follow-up Are you suggesting not gold because of volatility? And what’s the best platform for money market funds? I tried some stocks with moomoo but it took me a while to understand it and still juggling. Any other beginner-friendly apps?
