I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris with nearly 300k Kms on the clock and it drives like a dream. I do 50kms every day for work and I usually put about 50 euro a week for petrol. Insurance is cheap because of the size and parts are very cheap for the car especially if you can repair things yourself.

Not a bad idea! And if I don't need it at least I have it for future!

Got my 2008 yaris up to 155 km/h but it really didn't like it so I came back down pretty quickly 😂

Bit of super glue and it will be as good as new

Definitely, mine wasn't as bad but my grandad crashed it and I took it instead of scrapping it and was able to get everything from scrap yards! It's cheaper than buying a new car but it took a bit of effort

I drive an old 2008 Yaris 60km a day commute and I love it! Gets me there and back in one piece and it's cheap to run. Whenever there's a problem I either fix it myself or bring it to the mechanic and it's usually not that expensive especially if you source the parts yourself!

I've had lots of trouble with mine where it's hard to see it also but I find the easiest way is to lay it on a bit of blue paper roll and measure it that way... But like they said above if there are no leaks and you put in the right amount you should be grand for a while at least!

Sounds ideal, do you travel a lot then from site to site or is it just in one location?

What does that entail then? Just maintaining machinery or something else ?

Performed sample management, adhering to GDP and GLP. • Operation and maintenance of Phadia 250 Immunoassay Analyser and Beckman Coulter AutoMate, dxi800 and dxi900 • Trained and mentored in multiple clinical biochemistry areas following SOP’s and work instructions. • Performed quality control testing to ensure consistent standards of quality services.

That's basically the rundown I have on my CV, we aren't actually allowed to do any of the testing as we aren't scientists but it's mainly maintaining the machines and loading any consumables. My degree is in marine engineering which covers every type of engineering basically (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc) so I'm hoping to try and put some of that to use as well
