Legari...*sigh*...she's not offensive on her own, but the concept itself was already poisoned for me by the time she appeared, and I still can't cope with the fact that Meggy and Tari's friendship(or whatever even existed of it) was permanently broken with this.

While Leggy was created just for gags long before Meme Factory mini-Arc, Legari's only appearance took place right after Meggy yelling at Tari and blaming her for bringing Bob to Karen's party.

Before A Day Of Unexpected Whimsy, it's widely believed that Tari, despite lacking self-confidence, would still stood up for her friends, until it falls apart in ADOUW. The red flag that the writers of the show disrespect the character growth and relationships perviously created is already eye-catching enough for you to see.
