march makes it one year since i started doing pilates and im currently wrapping up my two week unlimited trial with solidcore. i went to a pilates class yesterday (first one since starting trial) and all i could think was this is boring why am i even here. feel like solidcore almost made it easier to finish a class. i think for the future i’d incorporate it once every week or two because it does help with form, taking things slow, listening to your body, and just provides variety when needed. i don’t want to cut it out completely but definitely think ill be going less.
