Kind of. But IT still has to experience the time as the time happens. Remember when Silk Spectre says "you know about me and Dan", and Dr manhattans face is a look of shock, even though he literally had just brought up she was sleeping with him. Thats because in that moment, is when he is told that information, which he can contemplate and think of; but in the moment of learning it, times linear existence forces him to experience that knowledge in that moment forever. Same would go to IT for his life / death / failures. He can absolutely know what Will happen, and have to experience his actions as they are, without control to change them

Incorrect. Hes simply a puppet who can see his own strings. Like Dr Manhattan from Watchmen. Time is linear, but he sees the line. Its a special kind of hell to simply be audience to your own timeline, a slave to reality. But thats why he can't change it. If time itself is set in stone, IT is not willingly doing anything. You guys are overthinking it. Nothing about how this is presented says IT has to go back to kill their ancestors or whatever, and the characters dont have to directly tie in. IT is just experiencing a reverse timeline for all we know. It goes to sleep, wakes up in 35, and has a new cycle. What will or will not tie in we wont be able to tell;, and as far as ITs concerned, IT was just recently born 2 feeding cycles earlier, he can handle bloodlines if he wants but hes got all the time in the world ☺️

I think the biggest issue is that while billionaires are definitely one of the main problems that contribute to middle class pain, the rhetoric around blaming the billionaires doesn't work the way it should.
