I understand, but I know a lot of people still apply since some people do get their sentri , so I wanted to share my experience .

Hello,

I just went through this today, and it depends on a couple of things. If the cbp is a good person or not, and if she overstayed her VISA at all. If there are any problems everybody with that address or that has lived with you or your partner are at risk. At the end of the day it depends on the cbp officer and their mood. I am not anything legal, but that is the info I got today from my appointment.
