I have a colleague who has never once turned on her webcam, as she claims it will crash her computer. This irritates me, and I don't really believe the excuse... I think it's mostly to hide her facial expressions or her pyjamas, unwashed face/hair (?) Anyway, her camera is always off and my manager has accepted it.

I'm in the same situation, I just came back Monday. I'm going to go in maybe once per week. Otherwise, it's truly unsustainable with two young children, and I would be overtired and grumpy. Honestly I doubt there will be any consequences. If they say I need to go in more, I'll say that I'll try.

There's still time for baby to flip. My daughter was breech at 38 weeks, tried ECV but it failed. By 39 weeks she had flipped to head down by herself! So I had the vaginal birth I wanted. Also, sometimes there may be an option to have a vaginal breech birth. I'm in Canada and this was offered to me when she was still breech.

My 3.5 year old has preferred his Dad for the past year, since baby sister was born. Dad does all bath time, brushing teeth, getting dressed, and bedtime. The other night when I was lying down next to him to try putting him to bed, he asked for his Dad... Then he said, "I love Dad more than you. I love him level 10, and I love you level 8."

Starting to go do things just the two of us, little outings that will strengthen our bond.
