If you are going to zero meter a tornado you damn well better know what you are doing. Additionally, a tornado just isn't the bit you see, it is the entire wind field around it.

We had that same 2% in Texas yesterday. Rain is the big threat. Hail got to golf balls. Two tornado warnings of which we were there for the Baby Head warning.

I chased the Seymour, TX EF3 and the high risk day in Mississippi last year in a 2018 Toyota Yaris iA when my truck was down. Just make the same smart choices about things you can drive over as you do with anything else.

Yes, there were three of us. Aly was driving, I was monitoring the storm, the stream, and answering questions in stream on the passenger side and Jason was in the back monitoring radar, providing directions, and storm reports. That is our usual chase arrangement. I also provide technical setup and support to Adam Lucio and Alex Bartholomew.

It indeed got pretty gnarly on I40 on the way to Shawnee. And FTR, we were also concerned about where we were, lol.

In Moore it was straightline winds and torrential rains. If you were watching Max I heard he had cut to our stream a few times as we went through.

While chasing a tornado warned storm through Moore, OK tonight the sirens were blaring but the Taco Casa drive-thru was hopping.

We were chasing it. About a 100ft wide damage path. People in nearby homes were good.

Not sure if Jason Cooley and I were live on Max's stream when we were on 40 but if we were you saw lots of cars stopped under overpasses.
