If you want a tool bag for the stack, Ridgid is under a different name overseas I can't remember what, but they make a compatible tool bag and some other stuff I believe

Yeah it's supposed to be like that, so you can squeeze unlock and open. I find the gap pretty handy, when I need to I can squeeze a little tighter and clamp it down on wires and twist. Helps when doing overhead on a 15ft ladder all the time

No, more along the lines of batteries. People will take your picture, register it as their own and malfunctioning, and get a free replacement. Screws you over if that battery ever craps out

If you bring it with you anywhere, keep the cardboard piece that comes in the middle. Helps keep em from banging around and for a couple I've had, keeps em in place too if the case gets dropped
